Mulholland Stresses the Importance of Healthy Living

Greg Mulholland MP for Leeds North West yesterday was promoting healthier working. Greg took his staff to Esporta Health and Fitness suite in Cookridge for their Christmas surprise.

Greg said "I want people to be more aware of their health while they are working. All too often people in stressful jobs neglect their health and end up all their time sitting at their desk. It is crucial that we look after ourselves not only for our well being but also to help us be more productive".

Greg and his team were taken round the Esporta a health facility in Cookridge and shown the workings of it. Greg added "Esporta really is an excellent facility and I hope my staff enjoyed the visit and will use the facility in the future. I would also like to thank the very professional staff for letting us come along and giving us a tour of the facility."
