LOCAL MP CELEBRATES HEADINGLEY WITH RESIDENTS

Greg Mulholland, MP for Leeds North West, enjoyed two of the events in the busy Celebrate Headingley schedule. Mr. Mulholland went for cream tea with his daughter Isabel at the Methodist Hall on Saturday and on Sunday he attended the barbeque at the New Headingley Club where he and his family enjoyed live music and great food.
Commenting after the event, Mr. Mulholland said:
"The Celebrate Headingley events are an excellent way to experience the diversity that Headingley has to offer and I had a great time at both of the events I was able to attend. I know Isabel enjoyed her cream tea and the great atmosphere, food and drink at the barbecue guaranteed a very enjoyable evening. I would like to thank the organisers of Celebrate Headingley for creating a brilliant series of events and I am already looking forward to next year"
Various Celebrate Headingley events and promotions are to continue in Headingley until Sunday 21st September
