MULHOLLAND PRAISES POLICE AFTER HEADINGLEY BURGLARY ARRESTS

Greg Mulholland MP for Leeds North West today praised local Police Officers after a number of arrests were made in Headingley. Twenty eight people have been arrested across Leeds in the first three days of a Police crackdown which is targeting burglaries.

Greg who recently wrote to the Police asking for a more visible police presence locally said "It is very good news that these arrests have been made and credit must go the Police. They do a very difficult job and I'm delighted that the crackdown on burglaries is already proving a success. "
