MULHOLLAND SUPPORTS ROAD SAFETY AT QUIZ EVENT

Greg Mulholland MP for Leeds North West, recently attended the annual Otley road safety quiz. The Quiz is for local primary school students and was held at the Otley Methodist Church.

This year marks the 6th year of the Otley Road Quiz and with 18 schools participating and this year's quiz was the biggest yet.

Bramhope Primary School won the quiz this year after answering questions correctly from the Highway Code for younger road users.

Greg said;

''All the primary schools did very well, and I was proud to observe young students interested and engaged in a relevant issue like road safety in their local community. The Quiz is a really good way of highlighting road safety issues and I'm sure it will continue to be successful for many years to come.''
