Greg Mulholland, during Questions to the Secretary of State for the Department for Work and Pensions once again raised the issue of the Governments Child Poverty target and their abject poverty thus far to reach any of the targets they have set themselves.
Greg has been a major critic of the Government and their failure to reach the 2010 target.
Commenting Greg said:
"I asked Sir Leigh Lewis the same question 14 times earlier in the year and last week I grilled the Secretary of State herself on the issue."
"It seems that no Minister is willing to say what the vast majority of us already know. That this Government has failed to live up to its promise on Child Poverty."
