Mulholland celebrates Fair Trade Week

Greg Enjoys Free Trade Coffee with Chris from Cafe Lento

Local MP Greg Mulholland visited Café Lento in Headingley to celebrate Fair Trade Week and to show his support for the numerous businesses in Leeds which see fair trade products.

During the visit Greg chatted with members of staff about the benefits of fair trade Products and sampled fair trade goods such as chocolates and coffee.

Greg commented:

"Richard is doing a great job of bringing fair trade products to Headingley and I hope and all his staff are very proud of the good work we do and the excellent service they provide.

"We are very lucky in Headingley to live in an area which has embraced the fair trade culture.

"I was very happy to be able to visit Café Lento during fair-trade fortnight and sample their excellent coffees."
