Mulholland Congratulates Carnival Organisers on Another Great Event

Speaking after attending this year's Otley Carnival, local MP Greg Mulholland commented:

"Once again, Otley Carnival was a wonderful occasion for the town and hugely enjoyed by many people, both from the area and further afield. Well done to the Otley Carnival Committee for all their amazing efforts and all who participated in the parade including all those who made the fabulous floats and costumes.

"This year was special for me as my daughter Isabel took part for the first time, dressed as a mermaid, I was delighted that she and St Joseph's won best in class with their 'under the sea' theme"
