Member of Parliament for Leeds North West, Greg Mulholland, has today welcomed the sponsorship of cycle shop, Evans Cycles, for his mammoth Jane Tomlinson Appeal 10th anniversary challenge in support of the Appeal, Kidz in Kampz and the Leeds Rugby Foundation.
Later this month, Greg will join Mike and Rebecca Tomlinson, along with a team including four time Ironman champion, Chrissie Wellington and West Yorkshire Police officer, Bob Bowman, in taking on an 8 days challenge, completing the Paris Marathon and a 6 day cycle route to London ahead of the London Marathon via Hull and the Jane Tomlinson Appeal's home turf of Yorkshire.
Evans Cycles, has today announced their support for Greg in his huge challenge and are providing the bike on which he will attempt the massive 600 mile cycle from Paris to London during the challenge.
Greg will be raising money for three Leeds based charities, the Jane Tomlinson Appeal, Kidz in Kampz and the Leeds Rugby Foundation. Bob is also raising funds for the Jane Tomlinson Appeal and the Leeds Rugby Foundation.
Greg is asking people to sponsor him as he attempts this mammoth challenge by going to justgiving http://www.justgiving.com/Greg-Mulholland-Jane-Tomlinson-Challenge or by text 70070 with the code 'GMJT70' followed by the amount. eg: GMJT70 £10 or via cheques, payable to the Jane Tomlinson Appeal to his office at Wainwright House, 12 Holt Park Centre, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS16 7SR.
